Coaching

Business Coaching Services

In this time of great challenge and change, business leaders are very interested in developing and enhancing supervisory skills in the workplace.  A very effective modality for this is using professional executive and life coaching techniques.  Coaching is a strategy that will assist both management and employees in creating goals that are specific, measurable, realistic, and time sensitive thus resulting in increased performance, and accountability, while empowering employees and teams in the workforce.

Imagine less stress and more productivity.  Imagine a healthy culture change for your entire organization and the teams within.  Coaching is a strategy that can support business development by teaching employees and supervisors the benefits of incremental goal setting, questioning strategies, accountability techniques, and employee empowerment.

Coaching incorporates management theory and practice, emotional and social Intelligences, strategic problem solving, strong communication techniques, and key questioning strategies, along with workplace ethics.  Coaching is a conscious conversation whereby the coach empowers others to take charge of their goals and achievements helping the organization move forward together.

The Job Council is pleased to announce the offering of coach trainings for both employees (client and co-worker relationships) and supervisors.  For more information see Class Description or the Training Calendar for currently scheduled classes.
